Hi everyone.

I thought I should update my journal, so here I am.

A lot has been going on with me recently. I've been a little sick (but getting better- but trust me i'm so sick of Doctors and specialists and all that jazz) I've been catching up with old friends and i'm uhh..... buying a house.

Yep. I'm soon to be the landlord of an investment property! I must say, it's a little scary taking out such a huge loan, it seems that there are so many things that can go wrong investing in the property market! The house currently has tenants, so they're going to be paying the majority of our home loan, and the place hardly requires maintenance. I have a feeling it's going to be a fantastic investment. We've just got to get a building inspection and cross a few t's and dot some i's and hopefully come 12th June, myself and Phil will have a sunny three bedroom asset to our names

Ohh, also it's my Birthday later this month (18th of May, pressies are welcome lol) so i've got to start organising a recession and large mortgage friendly, birthday bash... if you have any ideas of what to do let me know!

I've just submitted some ANZAC day photos, I hope you like them, I usually take a sunrise after the dawn service, but I did something a little different this year. If you don't know what ANZAC day is, I suggest you have a quick little look at the Wikipedia article [link] - Whilst at Uni doing a history degree, I studied Social aspects of world war, and did a significant amount research into the first world war. Interesting stuff.
